Rare 3-acre Metchosin oceanfront legacy property, available for the first time in over 100 years. Tucked between Taylor and Weir Beach, this private 4-bed, 4-bath home offers your own beach, sweeping Olympic Mountain views and direct ocean access. The early-1990s main home connects to an original family cabin, adding character and additional living space. Enjoy a sunroom, view-oriented bedrooms and a full-height unfinished basement ready for your ideas. Wander through mature fir, arbutus, oak, and cedar trees and past a peaceful pond to the shoreline, where you can launch a kayak or relax on the oceanfront patio while whales, seals, eagles, and herons pass by. This fully fenced, very private property, with a long rolling driveway, detached garage, and beautifully established grounds, is connected to municipal water, natural gas, and radiant hot-water heat for everyday comfort. Minutes from Greater Victoria, yet a world away. A truly special piece of Vancouver Island.
